We value your trust and strive for transparency in all aspects of our services, including payments and refunds.


🔁 Refund Eligibility

  1. Course Cancellation by Path Nepal

    • If a class or program is cancelled by Path Nepal due to low enrollment, scheduling issues, or unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to the participant.

  2. Withdrawal Before Course Start

    • Participants who request a refund at least 3 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

  3. Withdrawal After Course Start

    • If a participant withdraws within the first 2 days of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.

    • No refund will be provided after 2 days of the course start.

  4. Virtual Course Access

    • For virtual courses, no refund will be provided once course materials or login credentials have been accessed or downloaded.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Failure to attend classes (physical or virtual) without prior notice.

    • Incomplete or partial attendance.

    • Personal dissatisfaction due to lack of interest or misunderstanding of course content (please read course details carefully before enrollment).


🔄 Transfer Option

In place of a refund, you may request to:

  • Transfer your enrollment to a future batch of the same course (if available).

  • Gift or transfer your seat to another individual (with written consent).


📝 Refund Request Procedure

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: [insert email address]

  • Please include your name, course title, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
